Kanetsune - 7.1 inch Santoku Knife Damascus - Black Plywood

An Excellent Damascus Patterned Santoku knife by Kanetsune. The Santoku is a knife style from Japan that can be used for all cutting work. In contrast to the Western chef’s knife curved blade, the santoku blade has a straighter edge with a sheep’s foot shape. The blade is forged from VG-10 stainless steel laminated between two pieces of Damascus patterned material made of 33 layers of stainless steel, to create an extremely sharp and long lasting edge, and fantastic looks.
